  • Provide advanced technical support and incident resolution for end users.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service in German, both written and verbal.
  • Monitor and manage tickets within SLA timeframes.
  • Document processes, solutions, and technical updates accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

requirements-expected :


  • 3+ years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
  • Proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1 level).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Kraków.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
