responsibilities :
Lead the implementation of Xactly solutions, including Xactly Incent, Xactly Connect, and Xactly Analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
Configure and customize Xactly software to meet company policies and procedures.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption of Xactly solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Xactly implementation and usage.
Stay updated with the latest Xactly features to maximize their capabilities within the organization.

Proven experience with Xactly implementation, particularly Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
Strong technical expertise in configuring and customizing Xactly solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global stakeholders.
Experience in high-tech companies and familiarity with commission systems is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fluency in English.
