We are seeking a skilled Senior Web & Digital Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and expanding current analytics integration in Google Analytics 4/Tag

Manager as new website features are released, integrating data from other applications and sources as needed, and generating ad hoc reports including website and app performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Support & expand current analytics integration in Google Analytics 4/Tag Manager as new website features are released
• Integrate data from other applications and sources as needed
• Generate ad hoc reports including website and app performance reports and save, share, publish, or export them as needed
• Collaborate with reporting teams to generate analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights and trends across all channels to display a range of relevant metrics and KPIs
• Support with tracking issues and bugs when they arise
• Support user journey analysis
• Identify potential changes to customer journeys
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design and product teams to implement recommended improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Firebase, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and digital analytics tools, with analytics implementation experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for developers
• Experience preparing clear and concise reports detailing findings and recommendations
• Experience in adding tracking tags, QA code, and integrating variables in Google Tag Manager and Firebase
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Pro-active and able to self-organize
• Experience working as part of a sprint team
• Great communication skills
• B2+ English level proficiency
