requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading complex design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
