We’re seeking a Senior UI / UX Designer with a passion for creating user-centric designs and a love for various forms of digital media – movies, TV shows, sports, music, and more. The designs you create will be seen in living rooms, on mobile phones, and in cars all over the world.
As an individual contributor reporting to the local Senior Design Manager, you bring at least 6 years of experience as a project lead in both UX and Visual design. You are experienced in using both UX and Visual design disciplines together to deliver user-centered design that creates usable and delightful experiences for our customers.

responsibilities :
Leads design projects leveraging both UX and Visual design. Responsible for communicating and reviewing UX and Visual designs with stakeholders from Engineering, Product, QA, etc.
Defines project-wide design patterns and visual language. Understands and translates product requirements into user experiences that balance business goals, corporate strategy, and user needs.
Develops and maintains a network of key internal stakeholders to speed communication and decision making, and to ensure strategic alignment.
Partners closely with Research team on user research and market research to identify and execute opportunities for feedback and user validation as part of an iterative, user-centered design process. Responsible for providing Visual prototypes for communicating the design to stakeholders, and for use in user research and market research.
Responsible for delivering concept decks, prototypes, feature level study decks, pixel-perfect mockups, and final production assets. May also be responsible for delivering externally facing assets for B2B partners and marketing.
Identifies and recommends improvements to the design process and works closely with other UX and Visual Designers to understand challenges and opportunities.
Available to mentor and coach Designers and Senior Designers by providing feedback, guidance, advice, and general support. As a Senior UI / UX Designer, you share your experience and expertise with the broader Design team.
requirements-expected :
At least 6 years of experience working as an in-house UI / UX Designer at a consumer electronics, media, or entertainment company. Experience working with a global organization is a plus.
Demonstrated portfolio experience in applying design standards, iconography, typography, colors, and production practices, preferably for smart TV, mobile, and web apps.
In-depth understanding of industry specific standards and trends (e.g. broadcast TV, streaming, etc.) and of platform specific standards and trends (e.g. TV, mobile, web, desktop, etc.)
Creative thinker with the ability to convey complex design concepts simply and effectively.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for communication and design. Ability to work independently, align priorities and unblock self.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to anticipate problems and adjust priorities accordingly.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining how something works to product management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and network across departments.
Consistently collaborates effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different geographies and time zones.

Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, and Zeplin, and with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Demonstrated experience working with teams on front-end development.
Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your creative process.
English proficiency minimum B2 level is required. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
