Responsibilities:
As the User Acquisition Manager for Game Publishing at Level Infinite, youll play a pivotal role in shaping publishing and marketing strategies for multiple titles across PC, consoles, and mobile titles. You will work closely with our Campaign Manager and collaborate with studios, internal creative teams, and agency partners to develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies. Your goal will be to drive player engagement and growth through various advertising channels and partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage expertise with various mainstream paid media, gaming platforms, and social channels to provide data-backed recommendations for user acquisition plans. Research and understand media trends, competitors’ advertising activity, and audience demands in the gaming market to develop appropriate strategies.
- Global Advertising and Paid Media: Spearhead paid user acquisition initiatives with a strong focus on efficiency, scaling existing paid channels, and exploring new ones. Manage and optimize advertising efficiency metrics to broaden our reach and ensure maximum ROI.
- Creative Development: Regularly generate advertising material concepts in collaboration with studios and internal creative teams. Develop and execute creative solutions for advertising campaigns tailored to different regions and channels.
- Comprehensive User Acquisition: Explore and manage other user acquisition channels such as partnerships, influencer affiliation programs, and more. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to enhance our reach and engagement.
- Measurement: Employ innovative thinking to measure success beyond last-click performance and be able to assess marketing effectiveness across a wide range of metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Budget Management: Develop advertising budget recommendations. Oversee the deployment of budgets in-market and in-channel to maximize impact and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and above.
- Excellent spoken and written English and an ability to work with high-performing international teams.
- Proven experience in user acquisition and paid media, preferably in the entertainment industry. Min 6+ years.
- Strong understanding of global advertising strategies, platforms, and metrics.
- Experience working with creative teams to develop compelling advertising materials.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
- Familiarity with various paid media channels and their applications to different game titles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive growth.
- A real passion for the games industry with genuine interest and knowledge in games and latest trends in video games.
- High levels of initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency.
