Responsibilities

• Hiring and people management
• Customer management
• Technical audit of projects
• Proof of concept (PoC) and MVP development

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a C# developer
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager
• Ability to read enterprise code
• Experience in system design
• Experience handling technical stakeholders
• Ability to take unfamiliar tasks and deliver to the finish line

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python and Databricks
• Experience in finance
