responsibilities :
Prepare strategic analysis for the Senior Stakeholders
Manage strategic projects that require cross-organizational cooperation of many areas in the company, i.e.: product development, marketing, sales, customer experience, technology, finance, and regulatory;
Manage all processes in project, with a special focus on communication and cooperation with the Management Board and Senior Leadership team
Set KPIs for project success and engage organization to deliver the results
Use potential of our agile organization in project delivery
Analyze market trends and monitor competitive landscape
requirements-expected :
Have at least 5-7 years of experience in the in the field of strategy and managing complex projects, ideally in telecommunications or similar industry. Prior experience in Strategy or IT/Technology Consulting will be an asset
Show critical thinking skills, problem solving attitude, capability to analyze complex problems, prepare clear recommendations and make decisions;
Are able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and to manage time efficiently
Have demonstrated ability to manage different stakeholders including C-suite members
Have excellent interpersonal and communications competences (verbal and written), demonstrated in teamwork, motivating teams and organization with a clear vision, strong leadership and agile mindset
Have knowledge and experience in best methods and practices in project management and product development, including applying agile in large organization
Speak English fluently
