Job Description:
WS Audiology is currently seeking a new Senior SuccessFactors Specialist who will play a critical role in helping us achieve our corporate purpose of making wonderful sound a part of everyones life. This individual will be responsible for driving the HR transformation by providing expert guidance and support in solutioning, configuring, and rolling out SuccessFactors.
The international HR Systems team is enthusiastic about HR solutions, and they are an integral part of the global Group Systems department. This position will provide you with an exciting opportunity to work with the HR community as well as external vendors.
What you will do
The HR Systems team is currently undergoing a transformation and new projects are being initiated. As a Senior SuccessFactors Specialist, your responsibilities will involve the technical and functional implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goal Management, Development Plan, as well as integration of SuccessFactors with third-party solutions, both on-premise and cloud-based.
On top of that, your role will be to:
- Analyze, consult, design, and implement integrations for defined Core HR business processes. Investigate alternative solutions for defined issues or needs (Boomi, integration center).
- Execute specified tasks in a project independently and take responsibility for the execution (incl. system setup, documentation, test script development, etc.)
- Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into an existing system landscape and with new IT solutions.
- Ensure quality assurance and revision of project deliverables, and support testing activities.
- Support the establishment of a service model for the application based on business criticality and standard guidelines.
What you bring
We are seeking candidates with practical experience in SuccessFactors and an interest in understanding the overall context, thinking & collaborating outside the box. In this role, it is important to collaborate with stakeholders on an international level, and a "can-do" attitude is essential for success.
Experience
- At least 4 years of total IT experience with 2+ years of experience in SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in additional SuccessFactors modules like Performance and Goal Management, and Compensation would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions, Web technologies, and business integration solutions.
- Highly creative person with a sense of responsibility who is skilled in developing unique solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of functional and technical experience.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of responsibility.
