Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with at least 3 years focused on Service Catalog
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture
• Ability to design and implement complex workflows and automation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Scoped Applications and Custom Widgets
• Exposure to Agile Development methodologies
• Experience with performance tuning and platform optimization

,[Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and related components, Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, Implement client-side and server-side scripting for catalog items and workflows, Configure and customize UI policies, UI actions, catalog client scripts and Flow Designer for automation, Integrate ServiceNow catalog items with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards and security guidelines, Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to catalog items and workflows, Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities, Stay updated on ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features and continuously improve catalog offerings Requirements: ServiceNow, JavaScript, Agile Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Canteen, Free parking, In-house trainings, Modern office.
