We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Support Team, with key hubs in Leeds, Warsaw, and Australia (Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth).

You will design and oversee the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals. As a subject matter expert, you’ll lead the analysis, development, and implementation of enhancements across ITSM, HR, and custom applications.

The ideal candidate has deep ServiceNow expertise and can demonstrate the value of out-of-the-box solutions to meet business needs. You should be able to solve complex technical problems and improve platform functionality and user experience.

Experience with ServiceNow in a fast-paced, large-scale organization is essential, along with strong knowledge of agile methodologies.

Senior ServiceNow Developer

Your responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow technical architecture and best practices
• Develop high-quality customisations in an agile environment
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with business needs and internal development standards
• Manage integrations with other systems and tools
• Perform platform administration, configuration, and data management
• Identify and implement OOTB solutions where possible
• Own tasks (e.g., bugs, stories) through to resolution, keeping stakeholders informed
• Suggest automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to deliver efficient solutions

Our requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its latest features
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs) and REST/SOAP integrations
• Solid knowledge of integrations, data transformations, MID Servers, Active Directory
• Ability to design solutions based on business requirements
• Experience with Agile development
• ITOM, Discovery, Orchestration knowledge is a plus
• ITIL v4 Foundation – nice to have
