Your duties Administration of IT infrastructure and server environments, including Microsoft Server operating systems, Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware virtualization, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). Support in the area of server security. Implementation, administration, and migration of Microsoft Windows server environments (Windows 2016 – 2022). Analysis and troubleshooting of disruptions. Execution and support of IT projects. Installation and documentation of IT systems. Our requirements: Windows server administration working experience in L2-L3 level Should have Data Centre operation (DC Ops) experience Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting windows servers related issues. Good logical skills and exposure in log analysis Analyze customer impact and suggest process changes and future improvements Advanced troubleshooting for complex Windows Server issues. Basic understating of Network concepts LAN, VLAN, Switch, Router, TCP/IP etc Good knowledge on AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, VMware Good knowledge on Windows File server and Share administration Hands-on experience of Windows infrastructure support tools Experience in driving Major Incident Outage Bridges Self-motivated to improve knowledge and skills Excellent Englisch written and verbal skills What we offer: Encouragement It is our goal to look towards the future together, and to offer to you a broad spectrum of professional development options to tap the very best that you have to offer.
