For our client, an international company based in Silesia, we are currently seeking an SAP SCM Business Analyst to provide technical guidance in identifying, designing, implementing, and prioritizing global business solutions.Your new role
In this role, you will work closely with SCM business partners and the IT team, building strong relationships and continuously seeking feedback to drive improvement. You will help identify new business opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that align with IT standards. By maintaining the integrity of production systems, you will oversee governance processes and manage the prioritization and execution of support requests. Your responsibilities will also include documenting solution requirements to ensure efficient and effective business processes. You will lead assigned projects, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure successful delivery across multiple work streams. Additionally, you will support organizational change through clear communication and effective change management strategies, assess program risks, ensure compliance with internal controls, and monitor service levels to ensure strategic partners meet their delivery commitments.What you39ll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate, you should hold at least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and have solid experience in large-scale global SCM system implementations. A strong background in international supply chain environments, ideally within the automotive industry, is essential. With around four years of hands-on experience in SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, you bring expertise in SCM and controlling solutions. A proven track record in SAP SD/LE design is required, along with a solid understanding of EDI integration. You should possess strong communication skills and be able to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Your leadership capabilities should be demonstrated through your ability to mentor and motivate team members. As you’ll be working in an international environment, fluency in English is a must.What you39ll get in return
