We are currently supporting a client in the energy sector that is looking to engage senior SAP S/4HANA EAM consultant for a major transformation initiative.

The assignment is primarily remote in Poland, with occasional travel to Stockholm (typically 1–2 days per month). Well work to reduce this frequency.

We are looking for senior consultants with a strong blend of business analysis, functional consulting, process expertise, and SAP EAM/PM knowledge. The ideal profile is someone who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while contributing throughout the full project lifecycle.

Senior SAP S/4HANA EAM Consultant (SAP PM)

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design SAP EAM/PM functional solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications and solution blueprints.
• Configure and optimize SAP PM / SAP EAM solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, including design, testing, training and go-live activities.
• Analyze and improve maintenance processes and asset management workflows.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations between SAP PM and other SAP modules, especially SAP MM.
• Provide functional support and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.

Our requirements

• 10+ years of experience within SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migration programs
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, master data, and SAP EAM best practices
• Experience performing fit-gap analysis and translating business requirements into functional solutions
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, blueprinting, and functional specifications
• Hands-on SAP PM configuration experience
• Good understanding of SAP Fiori applications
• Strong knowledge of integrations between SAP PM and other SAP modules, particularly MM
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, key users, developers, and other functional teams
• Experience supporting design, testing, training, and go-live activities
• ABAP knowledge for troubleshooting and understanding custom developments
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps in SAP environments
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Experience from large-scale transformation or migration programs
