About the Project:
This role supports the rollout of an SAP S/4HANA template across Austria, USA, Germany, and Bosnia. The project involves deploying established template processes, handling country-specific localizations, and extending templates to meet unique requirements. This role is a full-time position, with the first time till half of January being part-time.
What you need:
- Fluency in English, and German is nice to have
- Strong expertise in the Materials Management (MM) module and related processes, particularly with intercompany purchases.
- Practical experience with data migration in SAP environments.
- Ideally familiar with Accounts Payable Integration, FI/CO, Order to Cash (O2C - SD), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Demand to Supply (D2S - PP).
- Primarily remote with occasional travel during core project phases (e.g., Fit-to-Template workshops).
Your tasks
- Drive the implementation of the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process for designated rollout countries.
- Present and align template processes with local business teams, identifying and documenting necessary localizations (e.g., legal requirements) and template extensions.
- Develop functional designs, coordinate with developers on technical designs, and support the creation of RICEFW objects when applicable.
- Support data migration processes and ensure seamless connectivity for inbound/outbound interfaces from a functional perspective.
