Technologies-expected : SAP SAP EWM technologies-optional : SAP ABAP about-project : We are seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join our SAP Consulting Department. This is a senior-level position, so we expect excellent self-organization, business consulting mindset, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the Senior Consultant should be adept at navigating the business management environment. In teamwork, they should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share consulting knowledge, quality communication, and resource management. responsibilities : Working in the SAP Consulting Department as an SAP logistics module consultant, specializing in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Participating in various projects related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems Maintaining constant collaboration with other functional consultants and business users Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders Assisting junior consultants in addressing their daily challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches Actively participating in project meetings and fostering team collaboration Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and initiating process improvements Leveraging your experience to support other consultants in overcoming consulting obstacles and ensuring high-quality team communication requirements-expected : A minimum of five years of experience in various SAP projects as a consultant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementation In-depth understanding of core end-to-end SAP EWM business processes and integration Prior experience in implementing several SAP projects, including the SAP EWM module (preferably having experience of completing at least 2-3 full cycles of implementation as an EWM functional consultant) Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, slicers, and formulas Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders A high degree of independence in organizing ones work and collaborating effectively within a team Proficiency fluent in Polish and English (fluent spoken and written communication in both languages, suitable for an international work environment) An active Category B driving license Willingness to undertake business trips, potentially up to 50% of the time An open and flexible approach to working in an international and culturally diverse environment offered : Stable employment conditions; contract of employment Opportunity for professional growth in modern technologies Unique S/4 HANA implementation projects Great independence of action Possibility of remote work Performance bonuses Working in an open and friendly team Team building events Voluntary participation in benefits primarily funded by the organization: Medicover – premium health package Multi Sport – sport card Retirement saving system with an additional employer contribution Language lessons (group classes with native speakers, fully covered by VESLOG) benefits : sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses remote work opportunities flexible working time integration events no dress code coffee / tea
