Senior SAP Business Analyst – Plant Maintenance & Quality Management

Your responsibilities
Own the SAP QM & PM application landscape as Technical Application Owner: roadmap, backlog, service performance, and continuous optimization.
Elicit and translate business needs with QA, Operations, Engineering/Maintenance, and Supply Chain into robust functional designs and user stories.
Hands‑on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA configuration for QM & PM (SPRO customizing), including process variants and harmonized templates for multi‑plant deployments.
Design and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analysing data requirements.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and guide the design of technology solutions.
Collaborate with project managers, Group IT, business stakeholders and Local IT team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Present findings to executive leadership and document changes to functional and business specifications.
Play a key role in the testing and rollout of new software or technology solutions.
Create detailed reports and give presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with Application Maintenance Partner and Software Application Partner ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our applications
Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies as the technical Application Owner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Employer requirements
7+ years as an IT Business Analyst or Solution Consultant, with 5+ years focused on SAP QM & PM in ECC and/or S/4HANA
Demonstrable hands on configuration expertise in SAP QM and in SAP PM module and strong cross‑module integration with MM, PP, SD, EWM, FI/CO and BI
Exposure to predictive maintenance/IoT and SAP Asset Manager is a plus.
Experienced in designing cohesive processes and data flows, with focuses on user engagement, platform adoption, process harmonization and data quality.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and maintenance best practices.
Experience in integrating SAP and non-SAP environments related to Source to Contract and Procurement to Pay.
Certifiations (preferred/advantage): SAP Certified Application Associate – Quality Management with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, ITIL v4 Foundation
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
