• Design, develop, and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP and ABAP OO.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations using technologies such as RFC, IDoc, SOAP, OData, and ICF.
• Work with SAP frontend technologies including UI5, Web Dynpro, FPM, and SAP Business Application Studio.
• Create and maintain forms using Adobe Forms, SmartForms, and SAPscript.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing SAP applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, business users, and project teams, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Contribute to process improvements, innovation initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Minimum 6 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in ABAP and ABAP Objects (ABAP OO).
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of clean code principles, object-oriented design, and code quality standards.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from analysis through delivery.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, Polish, German.
• Comfortable working in international project environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (up to 20–30%).

• Experience with BOPF and/or PPF frameworks.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools or AI/ML-related SAP initiatives.
