• 5 years of application development experience
• 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and lightning framework
• Must have the knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX; Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Experience builder
• Must have knowledge and practical application of Salesforce CPQ, both out of the box and customizations
• Experience with source control systems like Azure DevOps, GIT
• Experience with the creation and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ profiles, permission sets, and objects
• Experience in Salesforce CPQ integration with external systems and managed packages
• Deliver solutions in Agile methodology in CI/CD environment
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships cross-departmentally and cross-functionally
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and creative problem-solving skills with critical attention to detail
• Demonstrated success in facilitation and solutions implementation
• Proven track record of leading application development projects
• History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
• Excellent customer-facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrations
• Ability to perform effective code reviews and recommend automated review tools for the team
• Shifted hours 10AM-7PM or 9AM-7PM. Central time overlap required: ~2-4 hours per day

,[Execute all phases of the software development life cycle. , Assess operational needs, costs, and resource requirements for assigned projects, collaborating with project managers as needed. , Work in agile team alongside the Product Owner, applying Salesforce/CPQ best practices and design methodologies, such as use case analysis, object modeling, and UI design, to ensure alignment with business requirements and design objectives. , Identify and address issues requiring attention, resolving them with a clear understanding of the underlying business problem. , Make informed technical decisions aligned with the product roadmap, architecture standards, and management directives. , Deliver projects and tasks in a timely manner, honoring commitments to stakeholders and management. Provide regular project/task status updates during daily scrums to the agile team, product owners, and product managers.  Requirements: Salesforce, CPQ, Apex, APIS
