Responsibilities

• Create and develop business applications based on client requirements
• Gather and describe functional needs, define visions and concepts for future systems, and prepare documentation
• Verify system compatibility with business requirements
• Configure objects, permissions, workflows, and build custom reports and dashboards
• Collaborate closely with project teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce configurations (certifications are a strong plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system development and working with CRM/ERP platforms
• Proven ability to build and maintain direct relationships with business clients
• Strong communication skills and ease in establishing new contacts
• Very good command of English
