Your Responsibilities Would Include

• acting decisively and engaging effectively with key stakeholders
• partnering effectively with external customers and internal supply chain organization, customer service and supply planning organization with focus on increased value and benefit realization
• primary day-to-day contact with carriers, specifically around issues and exception management
• communicating with customer sites about changes in deliveries (two-ways)
• assisting the OpCo customer services with special requests for time definite deliveries and/or shipment-based transport selections
• daily execution of transportation planning activities including load consolidation, mode shift, and optimization of transportation routes
• managing any unrouteable issue during the optimization process within the timelines expected
• managing booking and execution of transportation loads
• monitoring status updates from carriers (in-transit, appointment, delivered etc.) and proactively communicating and resolving transportation exceptions
• continuously seeking out opportunities to improve current processes
• lead improvement projects in the team
• proactive advising about improvements on transport planning scope, i.e. exclusion of lanes, simulation of new scenarios

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Transport, Logistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in transport planning area
• good understanding/experience with OTM (or other TMS)
• understanding of transportation rules, regulations, standard processes and business policies
• you are able to identify and implement improvements in processes, engaging both the team and key stakeholders
• ability to develop and manage client and carrier relationships
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to manage and meet deadlines and multi-task daily activities
• professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• proficiency with Microsoft Office
• excellent written and verbal English and Spanish (B2)

You Are a Perfect Match If You Also Have

• university degree in Transport, Logistics, or related field
• experience with coordinating work of the team
• experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
• FMCG/AlcoBev industry experience
• additional languages are required for part of the Planning & Execution Analysts
• proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
