The project is part of long-term strategy to develop new tax solutions and automation tools. The team will be supporting the development of assets, such as plugins, to drive the implementation of the company’s AI strategy. Ideal candidates will have experience in the tax domain and tax technology, although this is not a mandatory requirement.

Required working hours overlap, specifically from 2 PM to 6PM CET.

It is a remote job with occasional in-person meetings - no more often than 1 time per quarter.

Senior Python Developer

Your responsibilities

• As a team member, your main responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining applications using Python, PyTest, and microservices.
• Creating and integrating APIs (FastAPI, RESTful API) and managing cloud-based applications on the Azure platform.
• Working with automation tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and databases (MS SQL, NoSQL, Redis).
• Contributing to the creation of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Ensuring high code quality and taking ownership of the entire application lifecycle.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, to deliver new features.

Our requirements

• Proficiency in Python, PyTest, and FastAPI.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL and Redis.
• Knowledge of Azure platform.
• Experience with testing and code analysis tools (Postman, Fiddler, Web Developer tools).
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
• Experience with .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC Core.
