Conduct market, competition, customer, and SWOT analyses to derive strategic implications. Develop digital strategies and new directions for competitive positioning in healthcare. Lead transformation projects focused on digitization and customer-centricity. Generate new business potentials, including ideas for products, services, and processes through prototyping and product vision creation. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategy and transformation projects, utilizing project management methods such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup. Skills and Attributes for Success: Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to both the big picture and detail-oriented execution. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders using appropriate terminology and fit-for-purpose communication. Adaptability and proactivity in a continuously changing environment. Strong project management skills, including agile methodologies. Prior experience or a strong interest in consulting within healthcare organizations. Must have: Experience or strong interest in consulting within healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, health insurance companies, or medical manufacturers. Excellent communication skills in both German (min. C1) and English. Experience or interest in digital strategy, transformation, or digital product development. Analytical and precise work style, with experience in agile and user-centered methods. Nice to have: A degree in business administration, informatics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on healthcare. Proficiency in another European language. Experience working in consulting companies. Relevant professional certifications.
