Responsibilities
- Manage industrial projects, ensuring they are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
- Organize your work and ensure that projects are delivered safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
- Lead high-level stakeholder management and manage all project controls.
- Act as Owner’s representative for our clients or be part of a larger project team.
- Oversee projects across various industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering or a technical Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
- Desire and ambition to support the growth of a new office in Poland.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager or engineer with a proven record of leading or supporting industrial projects.
- Outstanding people‑management and communication skills to get the best out of project teams.
- Proactive “make‑it‑happen” mentality.
- Resilience and adaptability to fast‑paced environments.
- Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Fluency in Polish and English. Dutch and French are a plus.
- Construction permit or license is a plus.
