As a Senior Project Manager , you will be working for our client, a global leader in IT solutions, managing a critical Data Center Migration program. This initiative involves the migration of complex IT systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and resource allocation. Your primary role will focus on project integration, managing key parameters such as scope, cost, quality, and time while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless execution. You will also play a pivotal role in planning, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage project/program integration, including scope and change management, budgeting, and project closure
• Plan and coordinate tasks for project teams, including prioritizing work based on project goals
• Supervise the execution of tasks, monitor team performance, and manage timesheets
• Identify and address risks, report critical situations, and oversee project documentation quality
• Coordinate workstreams within the program, ensuring alignment with overarching objectives
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive project goals
• Implement and maintain project methodologies and tools to support efficient project execution
• Optimize resource allocation, supervise third-party vendors, and enforce delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project risk management, and delivery management
• Lead teams in delivering on time while maintaining high-quality standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in financial services or consulting
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, and Clarity
• Fluency in English, with the ability to manage international projects
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for overseeing multiple teams
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders
• A proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation strategies
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve clear goals
• Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Expertise in delivering high-quality project outcomes in fast-paced environments
