We are looking for a project manager with experience in projects involving products already in “production” where changes need to be implemented.
Hybrid work model: regular visits to the office, twice a week - Wrocław
- Expert knowledge of project management principles, methods, techniques, tools and emerging trends
- Experience in leading project management and delivery
- Experience in management of customer expectations, senior stakeholders and developing strong relationships across the business
- Focus on business value centred discussions and decision making
- Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring confidence in others
- Ability to work effectively within complex, multi-location, multi-vendor environments with demanding stakeholders
- Strong communication skills to effectively support the discussion of complex topics to different stakeholders
- Be hands-on, from owning documentation and deliverables, to assuring quality
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Confident using project planning tools and software to manage project artefacts, deliverables, timelines, risks, results, etc.
- Desirable industry experience, or if not, a passionate desire to work in Bio-medical will suffice
- Experience in maintenance projects is highly regarded
