Senior Programme and Project Services Manager (Account Lead) Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Provide guidance & methodical direction to Programme Manager/ Senior Programme Manager/ Programme Director in creation of project plans including key activities and milestones. Share best practices- with Programme leadership in defining required scope, quality, cost and effort; Acts as a trusted advisor to change programmes, helping to shape their approach and performing quality assurance on programme delivery. Provide the sustainable value to the organisation by improving the efficiency of how projects are managed; seek to improve costs, efficiency and scope across multiple projects/programmes. Monitor and control program / project progress against the plan, enable programme / project Leadership to look ahead and remove roadblocks to delivery. Draw accurate conclusions from financial reports and make insightful strategic financial decisions in planning and monitoring programme performance; Identifies opportunities for cost reduction. Create and deliver powerful messages; demonstrate command of a wide range of sophisticated communication, influencing and negotiating tools and techniques. Take a strategic approach to communication, to ensure alignment with Group strategy and Global Transformation Values and Messages ensuring the active ‘buy-in’ and commitment of all internal and external stakeholders. Inspire the programme / project team to work at pace and with enthusiasm; manages the wellbeing of their team; promote and sustain motivation and urgency in change delivery to the business. Our requirements Strong knowledge of Change Framework (CF), methodologies and best practice Techniques, the project/programme/change lifecycle, of the purpose, value, culture, and fundamentals of Global Transformation Team, of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for HSBC, its customers, and other stakeholders. PMO/PM skills and experience, including examples of the delivery of on time and on budget - a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes. Extended experience of working in a banking environment. Multi-year experience of working in a change environment as PMO/PM. Strong knowledge of MS Office, Group standard tools (Clarity, Sharepoint, GPDM, etc). They will act as a source of guidance, governance and metrics on global programmes/projects supporting the Programme Leadership for strategic decisions. They are responsible for following the Change Framework (CF), using standard project management tools such as Clarity and working closely with their colleagues in Transformation team. Senior Programme & Project Services Manager will also be responsible for hiring, mentoring and managing a team of PMO professionals as Account Lead and report into Head of DBS Poland Transformation Services.
