What We Need From You

• At least 5 years commercial experience in a similar role
• Experience in conducting the discovery process
• Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1+)
• Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seek opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong "I can learn this" attitude
• Being a team player focused on getting things done
• Working experience in Agile/Scrum development environment
• Experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniques
• Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes
• Strong intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they solve client problems
• Can focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply, and extract the most important insights

• Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare
• Experience working in healthcare projects

Your Daily Life In HTD Will Be Focusing Around

• Analyze, gather, and document business & functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog)
• Collaborate with business, developers, and QA through all phases of the product development lifecycle to deliver the best quality products
• Manage Product Backlog prioritization – assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy
• Ensure internal and external product stakeholder needs/expectations are met and promote transparency between all stakeholders
• Keep updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

• Salary depending on your skills, experience and position level: PLN 16 000–22 400 gross on employment contract – PLN 19 200–26 800 + VAT on a B2B contract
