About-project : We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development of a dashboard and application designed for a call center with 3,000 consultants. This tool will streamline customer interactions by consolidating all relevant information, addressing customer issues, and enhancing user experience. The selected candidate will play a key role in transitioning tasks from the current team while driving the project forward within an agile environment. responsibilities : Lead and manage a cross-functional team of developers using agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban). Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical user stories. Evaluate and prioritize the development backlog while ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap. Assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions in close cooperation with the development team. Oversee projects related to data collection, user-facing frontends, GIS applications, and microservice architectures. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with other teams. requirements-expected : 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably with a technical background. Proven experience leading at least two SCRUM teams or other agile frameworks. Track record of managing projects in contexts such as data collection, user interfaces, GIS, and microservices. Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable user stories. Broad perspective, enabling collaboration across multiple teams. Strong technical understanding and ability to assess technical feasibility. Product Owner certification (preferred). Background in IT architecture (preferred).
