Obowiązki

• Gain a deep understanding of user requirements and business operations; work closely with the development team
• Identify and engage stakeholders at the right moments with the appropriate level of influence.
• Articulate the value of the user journey and the problems it addresses.
• Convert platform managers strategies into specific tasks for the development team.
• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog.
• Guide the development team to deliver user value.
• Establish a strong framework for managing operational and development tasks within the team to scale access management.

Wymagania

• A Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, software development, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a product owner in DevOps teams, utilizing agile methodologies and product management practices.
• More than 7 years of practical experience in data management, data governance, and access management using roles or attributes.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, particularly within complex organizational environments.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or finance is a plus.
• Ability to understand complex technical issues, form well-informed opinions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
• Experience or a strong interest in working within regulated industries and understanding their complexities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
