We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager (GRC Platform) for one of our clients.

Our Client is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms, recognized among the most prestigious worldwide. Hundreds of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, leading financial institutions, top media and technology firms, and federal agencies, rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

The Project (GRC Platform) involves leading the development of a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform that enables risk assessment, policy management, control violation tracking, and compliance reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Lead development of core GRC platform capabilities supporting the full policy lifecycle and enterprise compliance
• Oversee risk assessment frameworks, linking standards, policies, and legal requirements to controls and technical plans
• Establish centralized systems for policy discovery and mapping for stakeholder clarity
• Create tools for real-time compliance monitoring using signals and indicators
• Manage workflows for control violations, including logging, tracking, and remediation
• Develop reporting functionalities for internal leadership and external regulators
• Lead agile product development from conception to deployment and iteration
• Ensure integration of compliance and risk data within the broader organizational ecosystem

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of product management experience, especially with GRC platforms or compliance-focused environments
• Deep understanding of policy lifecycle management, control frameworks, and audit processes
• Hands-on experience with tools like AuditBoard, OneTrust, ServiceNow, or similar
• Strong knowledge of data integration (ETL, ELT, APIs, streaming)
• Experience designing tools for control effectiveness, violation tracking, and governance reporting
• Ability to coordinate across risk, compliance, technology, and legal teams in a non-hierarchical setting
• Comfortable leading agile teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders

English level: Advanced
