For our Client we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Big Data team in Krakow, Poland. This key individual will take full ownership of the product development lifecycle, including the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, defining detailed requirements, tracking essential KPIs, and driving the product strategy forward. A major component of this role is the ability to build and sustain effective communication loops between local engineering teams, customers, stakeholders, marketing, project management, and global commercial teams across various time zones.
7+years of Product Management experience, preferably within the advertising or related industry.
Strong analytical or technical background with proven ability to excel in high-scale data environments, including hands-on experience withSQL and BI tools.
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced Agile development environment, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact product functionality to stakeholder teams.
Solid understanding of relevant issues concerning ad quality, data, and user privacy.
(Nice-to-Haves)Prior experience in advertising technology (AdTech) spanning publisher to advertiser needs, and experience with external partner management and contractual agreements.

Take full ownership of the product development roadmap for the ad exchange data features, guiding the product through its entire lifecycle.
Define and run experiments to validate Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for business solutions, and establish key metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
Build consensus and strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to effectively drive product execution.
Stay informed of market trends to identify new opportunities, incorporate features, and contribute to both short-term and long-term product planning and reports for management.
Maintain the product and market knowledge base, and provide essential source data and objectives for product marketing communications.
