Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Compliance team, focused on global e‑invoicing and digital reporting. The role executes the product roadmap for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable compliance, translating regulations into scalable features, integrating with partners and ERPs, and driving adoption and trust.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute on the product roadmap for global e‑invoicing compliance across AR (outbound) and AP (inbound).
- Translate regulatory and technical requirements into clear, scalable product features, articulating them across teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering, regulatory analysis, and design teams to deliver compliant capabilities on time and at scale.
- Define and prioritize AR and AP compliance workflows, ensuring accuracy in invoice issuance, reception, validation, and archiving.
- Collaborate closely with other suite‑wide Product Managers to maintain alignment across all workstreams.
- Work with ecosystem partners (certified platforms, ERP providers, local authorities) for seamless integrations.
- Support go‑to‑market teams with product expertise, documentation, and training to drive adoption.
- Monitor global regulatory updates with the regulatory team, adjusting execution plans and roadmap alignment to ensure readiness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, ERP, fintech, tax technology, or compliance solutions.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes; e‑invoicing or regulatory‑driven product experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills—proactive, articulate, explaining complex concepts simply.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, regulatory, and business teams to deliver complex products.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, driving alignment across product suites.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented, turning regulations into actionable requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment with multiple parallel priorities.
- Additional languages preferred.
