Obowiązki

1. Leading end-to-end contracting processes, ensuring smooth workflows and timely renewals
2. Advising on contract types, templates, and best practices based on business needs and risk analysis
3. Collaborating with procurement and in-market teams to meet category goals and savings targets
4. Managing negotiations, contract creation, and administration, including approvals and storage
5. Building strong global stakeholder relationships within a matrix structure
6. Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and promote effective use of procurement tools
7. Actively seeking opportunities for cross-team collaboration

Wymagania

1. More than 5 years of experience working in a procurement department.
2. Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
3. Good experience in negotiating contract terms and business agreements.
4. Strong legal knowledge, or a mix of legal and procurement experience.
5. Experience with working on contracts and/or procurement and contract-related tasks.
6. Experience in industries like telecom, hardware, and IT infrastructure.
7. Very good communication skills and ability to work well with different business teams.
8. English minimum B2 level, with professional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
