responsibilities :
Monitor programme and project performance across multiple regions to ensure delivery excellence
Support project managers in planning, execution, and successful delivery of initiatives
Apply PMO processes and project management best practices across projects
Lead meetings and facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders
Produce comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
Conduct risk and issue analyses, developing effective mitigation strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes
Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies
Provide analytical insights to strengthen programme governance and decision-making
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in project or programme management within financial or multi-country projects
Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies
Strong knowledge of PMO processes and governance frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Proven ability to work independently and proactively in dynamic environments
Experience leading meetings via video or teleconference
Demonstrated commitment to self-development and continuous learning
Experience coordinating and influencing cross-functional teams
