We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Platform Engineer / Implementation Lead to help build and evolve modern digital platform capabilities with a strong focus on Kubernetes, GitOps, automation, and operational excellence.

This role requires a hands-on senior engineer who can operate across infrastructure, platform engineering, and delivery domains while contributing to technical standards, platform architecture, and engineering best practices.

The ideal candidate is pragmatic, delivery-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate modern cloud-native platform solutions.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes-based production environments.
• Drive GitOps adoption and platform automation initiatives.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and platform provisioning practices.
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and operational excellence capabilities.
• Collaborate across infrastructure and application delivery teams.
• Define and promote engineering standards, best practices, and operational guardrails.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues.
• Balance delivery speed with platform stability, security, and maintainability.
