In the role as Senior Payroll Specialist, you will take on the responsibility for precise and correct and timely execution of all aspects within payroll administration. You will be successful in the role as Senior Payroll Specialist if you relate well to the bigger picture and know how to prioritize your work which include a variety of tasks; the most important being:
•Salary/payroll administration for all employees (blue and white collar) including maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires (preparation of employee contracts), changes, terminations, tax information, pension control) as well as absence/attendance registration, diets, and employee benefits.
•Monitoring and ensuring that we are in complete compliance with all Polish labor legislative regulations.
•Answering requests from employees regarding their salaries.
•Cooperation with other departments to ensure you obtain correct and relevant information.
•Supporting preparation of payroll reconciliation in countries outside Poland (we have outsourced salary payments to external companies).
•Keeping updated on developments within the payroll area in Poland.
•Occasional tasks/support related to the finance function.

Competencies and Requirements
•Relevant higher education/degree within payroll or accounting.
•At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an international company.
•Good IT competencies: i.e., MS-Office, and experience working in payroll systems – like for example Comarch. Additionally, you have experience working in ERP systems such as for example AX Dynamics.
•High level English – orally and written.
The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for carrying out all tasks entrusted to him/her in the areas of payroll and administration related to our entire staff at our Polish site in Swidnica. Among others, tasks encompass payroll accounting reconciliation on a monthly and annual basis. Our ideal candidate will be interested in and taking the lead in taking the payroll function to a best practice level and ensure that we are in compliance regarding payroll and process descriptions.
