We are currently seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join a long-term project for our client – a global provider of solutions for sheet metal processing. The company focuses on automating the entire material and data flow across the process chain, including cutting, bending, and welding.

Senior .NET (CAD/CAM) Software Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions in the area of industrial automation, focusing on .NET technologies
• Design and implement application logic for complex automation workflows related to cutting, bending, and welding processes
• Collaborate with CAD/CAM experts and automation engineers to ensure accurate integration with design tools and manufacturing systems
• Utilize strong mathematical and algorithmic knowledge (e.g.computational geometry, spatial data processing) to solve technical challenges
• Work with CAD data formats and contribute to the optimization of digital material flow
• Participate in technical discussions, propose architecture improvements and best practices
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and scalability of the developed solutions
• Support cross-functional collaboration within an international development team
• Be open to occasional business trips to Switzerland for workshops and knowledge transfer sessions

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a .NET Developer
• Knowledge of tools and techniques used in designing automation systems (e.g., CAD)
• Solid understanding of mathematical and algorithmic logic
• Experience in industrial automation projects
• Very good command of English (required for daily communication with international teams)
