• We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the migration of ECAS DS to Triple AI/ML Studio. This position involves managing the technical delivery and strategic direction of the migration, with a particular focus on Phase 2, which includes the full-scale migration of nine projects. The role requires deep expertise in both the current and target platforms, as well as strong leadership skills to ensure the migration aligns with business and technical standards.

• Lead the technical delivery of the ECAS DS to Triple AI/ML Studio migration, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and governance standards.
• Oversee the migration process for nine projects during Phase 2, serving as the primary technical authority.
• Design and implement best practices for platform migration, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the migration and integration of AI/ML solutions.
• Leverage tools like SageMaker, Kubeflow, and other AI/ML platforms to facilitate seamless transitions.
• Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure real-time data replication and integration with IBM Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the migration process.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, ensuring adherence to Agile and DevOps principles.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes and system architecture.
• Monitor and ensure the performance, logging, and alerting of cloud infrastructure.

• Proven experience leading complex technical migrations, especially in AI/ML or data platform environments.
• Hands-on expertise with ECAS DS, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with software development and collaboration in Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and platform migration best practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as SageMaker, Kubeflow, or similar AI/ML platforms.
• Advanced programming skills in Python or comparable languages.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab CI.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native Kubernetes services (e.g., Amazon EKS, GKE, AKS).
• Practical experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Familiarity with real-time data replication and integration tools like IBM Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Experience with data formats and messaging protocols, such as XML/JSON.
• Understanding of MLOps tools, including MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
• Basic understanding of data science concepts (e.g., train/test datasets, overfitting, classification, clustering).
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies.
• Additional Requirements:
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset, with a focus on continuous learning.
