As a Senior Manual Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions, specifically within the Anthem UX team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, improving testing methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Due to the nature of the product, this is a hybrid role requiring office presence most of the week.

Develop and implement test strategies and test plans to ensure high product quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and prioritize efforts.
Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies for improved efficiency.
Monitor and report testing progress, issues, and key metrics to stakeholders.
Ensure testing environments (software and hardware) remain reliable for ongoing activities.
Execute and analyze test cases, communicating results effectively.
Troubleshoot, verify, and document bugs or errors.
Update and maintain test scripts based on system changes and improvements.
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to address defects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
requirements-expected :
About 8 years of experience in software testing, including test planning and execution.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies.
Initial experience with automated testing frameworks or desire to grow in this area.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and network administration basics.
Basic understanding of hardware/electronics and general IT infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
