Job Overview: As a Senior Manager - Product Performance Service Agreements at INNIO, you will be responsible for strategic service decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and EBITDA for the global service agreement. This role involves leading a team of 3, managing the Service Contract Lifecycle Management Tool, and ensuring data accuracy in the Service Cost Catalogue. You will oversee CSA templates and release rules, collaborate with various departments, and handle the resolution cycle for service cases. Key responsibilities include optimizing service tools, improving contract templates, and managing team performance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the CSA Product Performance Team of 3 members
• Optimize service contract lifecycle management tools, service cost catalog, and processes
• Enhance CSA contract templates and release rules to increase revenue
• Collaborate with Service Finance on performance reviews and pricing strategies
• Conduct team performance reviews and manage objectives

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering with business experience
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• Extensive experience in service operations, preferably in energy sector
• Strong commercial and technical background
• Proven success in managing diverse, cross-functional teams and projects
• Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
