We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Magento Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of developers, working closely with clients, and driving the development of complex e-commerce solutions. Your expertise will contribute to both the strategic planning and hands-on implementation of Magento projects.

Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality Magento solutions.
Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with clients to collect requirements, analyze their needs, and propose effective technical solutions.
Provide expert-level support for bug fixing and performance optimization.
Integrate Magento with external systems and ensure seamless functionality.
Guide the team through the development process, ensuring best practices and code quality.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in Magento development (Magento 2 preferred).
Strong expertise in PHP and experience with React.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring small development teams.
Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or higher.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information to non-technical clients.
Hands-on experience working with clients to gather requirements and propose viable solutions.
Experience in troubleshooting, bug fixing, and maintaining high-performance code.
