We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Magento Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of developers, working closely with clients, and driving the development of complex e-commerce solutions. Your expertise will contribute to both the strategic planning and hands-on implementation of Magento projects.

THE WORK:

• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality Magento solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to collect requirements, analyze their needs, and propose effective technical solutions.
• Provide expert-level support for bug fixing and performance optimization.
• Integrate Magento with external systems and ensure seamless functionality.
• Guide the team through the development process, ensuring best practices and code quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

HERES WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 5+ years of experience in Magento development (Magento 2 preferred).
• Strong expertise in PHP and experience with React.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring small development teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or higher.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information to non-technical clients.
• Hands-on experience working with clients to gather requirements and propose viable solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting, bug fixing, and maintaining high-performance code.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Adobe Cloud services.
