Experience and skills you need to join us:

• Team-work attitude with great communication skills.
  
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with a full training process or fine-tuning large deep learning models, especially LLMs which includes data preparation, setting up the training pipeline, monitoring and adjusting optimization parameters as needed.
  
• Experience with model optimization techniques such as model sparsification, quantization or other solutions for improving performance during inference or/and minimizing resources utilization on production.
  
• Software development and coding skills: Python, clean code, code reviews, algorithms and data structures.
  
• Experience with deep learning/machine learning libraries: scikit-learn, keras, pytorch, tensorflow, etc.
  
• Fluency in Polish and English (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).
  

It would be great if you also have:

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and instruction tuning.
  
• Experience in Reinforcement Learning, a strong plus.
  
• Publications on topics related to the pre-training of large language models at conferences such as at ACL, NAACL and EMNLP, Neurips, ICML or ICLR
