We’re looking for an experienced M365 Senior Specialist to join our team in Gdańsk. In this role, youll drive the implementation of cutting-edge Microsoft 365 solutions, modernize legacy services, and help shape the future of our IT landscape. responsibilities :
Providing leadership for IT transformation projects as both Project Leader and Subject Matter Expert
Implementing Microsoft 365 solutions across departments
Replacing outdated IT services with modern Microsoft-based alternatives
Introducing and rolling out new IT services within the organization
Preparing clear and comprehensive documentation for completed projects
Collaborating with IT Operations and other internal teams
Identifying opportunities to adopt new Microsoft tools and services
Supporting operational IT tasks on an as-needed basis (approx. 10%)
requirements-expected :
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
Professional experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and identity services
Familiarity with email infrastructure: SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Solid understanding of hybrid identity and Active Directory environments
Practical knowledge of Azure services such as RBAC and storage
Awareness of Microsoft security practices, including Zero Trust
Ability to create and communicate technical documentation effectively
Comfort with Agile methodologies and collaborative project work
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
