For a new project in the blockchain and crypto space our research and development center in Krakow is looking for a bright and passionate Senior Java/Scala Developer. The main language of the back-end of this project is Scala, but we also partially use Java. Our team consists of professionals who are committed to their work and will be happy to help you getting up to speed.

responsibilities :
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including continuous delivery to production
Contribute to the architecture and design of the product
Develop highly scalable and reliable back-end services
Write clean, tested and well-documented code
Contribute ideas for new features and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate efficiently with your colleagues within the team and across teams
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent industry experience
4+ years of proven work experience in Scala
Alternatively, proven work experience with functional programming languages and willingness to learn Scala
Experience with multi-threading/concurrent programming
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL)
Good command of English
