Senior Java QA Automation Engineer with a DevOps background

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a DevOps background to join our Connectivity team. This role involves managing small to medium-sized projects within the global client connectivity space (Systems - A4, BlueDirect), ensuring robust test automation and seamless integration in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability.
2. Lead automation initiatives to optimize testing processes and ensure high-quality software delivery.
3. Collaborate with global teams to drive DevOps strategies for client connectivity solutions.
4. Work with FIX protocol and front-office trading systems to validate market workflows and connectivity.
5. Manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects related to test automation and system integration.
6. Ensure compliance with agile methodologies in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Mandatory Skills Description:

1. At least 5 years of QA and DevOps experience preferably in IB IT.
2. Test automation experience (Java preferred) with a drive to further improve the automation packs.
3. DevOps background to drive small to medium-sized projects.
4. Knowledge and experience on FIX protocol. Front office experience is preferred.
5. Experience in working in an agile, fast-paced and demanding environment.
6. Experience with working with global market workflows is a plus.
7. Experience with working in a global team model is a plus.
