Join our Rite NRG team as a Java Developer and contribute to the integration of an external access control system, built on open-source solutions, into the prime WebSystem platform. Our team has over a decade of experience developing and evolving robust systems trusted by Germanys largest state-owned enterprises across key sectors, including telecommunications, logistics, airports, and the military.
responsibilities :
Develop and maintain Java applications using the Spring framework (Spring Core, Spring Security).
Create clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and offer feedback to improve team code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
Cooperate with Frontend and DevOps Engineers to provide support with some UI or Dev-Ops related tasks.
Provide technical support to product management and sales during requirement analysis.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience developing Java-based web applications, preferably using the Spring framework (Spring Core, Spring Security, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Hibernate.
Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Proficiency in API design and integration.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Fluency in Polish and advanced level of English (B2/C1).
