We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with over 3 years of experience to help us attract top technology professionals across. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for Tech positions, including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Product teams Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from screening through to offer negotiations Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs Represent the company and build our employer brand at tech events, meetups, and through social media.
