The Senior IT Project Manager / Service Manager will lead projects and service delivery across multiple teams, ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with business objectives. The role focuses on project and release management, stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and planning and financial tracking.
responsibilities :
Plan, manage, and oversee projects and releases end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals, priorities, and expectations.
Facilitate Agile delivery, supporting teams with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ceremony facilitation.
Track project progress, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues when required.
Manage budgets, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure projects remain within financial plans.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing project and delivery processes.
Maintain clear documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
Collaborate across technical, operational, and business teams to ensure seamless execution.

3-6 years of experience managing projects, releases, or service delivery in complex environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Proven experience engaging with stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Solid skills in project planning, risk management, and financial tracking.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Fluency in English.
